Founder, Chairman and CEO
Dan Berman, PharmaCentra’s Founder, Chairman and CEO, has created and managed successful teleservices and customer relationship management programs for Fortune 100 companies for over 25 years. Other companies Dan has started include Concentra Solutions, a leader in call center quality assurance monitoring. Dan helped revolutionize the patient compliance industry with the creation of WellTouch™, an innovative contact management program that transformed the way patients communicate with physicians and pharmaceutical manufacturers for better health outcomes. His contributions have earned him a reputation as a recognized leader in the industry. Dan holds a B.S. degree in broadcast journalism from Ithaca College in NY and is an accomplished vocalist. He is connected to the community through numerous charitable and civic organizations. Dan resides in Atlanta with his wife, Lauren, and their three sons.
VP, Operations, Chief Information Officer
Scott Anderson joined PharmaCentra, LLC and its sister company, Concentra Solutions, in 2014 and is responsible for leading the day-to-day activities for both PharmaCentra and Concentra Solutions, including call center operations, account management, business development and facility operations. With over 25 years of experience, he has worked in strategic management, business development and daily operations for both corporate and entrepreneurial endeavors. Prior to joining the two sister companies, Scott was Claims Center Director for Safe-Guard Products International and Vice President of Operations and Sales for Apollo Healthstreet, Inc. He brings a tremendous amount of operational, implementation, information technology and strategic experience to the executive management team.
VP, Sales and Marketing
Rica Askew has more than 18 years of project management, operations and call center management, as well as extensive marketing and sales experience. She formerly served as the company’s Vice President of Client Services, after having been promoted from managing the Operations Center in Americus, Georgia. Rica’s responsibilities have included sales and marketing, managing the account management and operations team, and measuring and managing metrics driving the outcome of all interactions between PharmaCentra’s healthcare specialists, patients and healthcare professionals. Prior to joining the PharmaCentra team in 2008, Rica was Director of Operations for Spiegel and Newport News Catalog Teleservices. Rica has a Bachelors in Business Administration, focusing in marketing from Georgia Southwestern State University. Her exceptional leadership skills and vast experience in marketing, management and customer service help enhance successful business relations and motivate employees.
VP, Business Development
Marshall Ogen has over 20 years of experience in the contact center and outsourced quality assurance sectors with mid-size and Fortune-500-size organizations. He has held senior roles in both sales and client services, consulting with many of the world’s most recognizable brands to ensure successful customer engagement activities. As PharmaCentra’s Vice President of Business Development, Marshall works with the management team to help strengthen existing relationships and drive new opportunities for growth. Focusing on best practices for contact center engagement, he has published articles, spoken at industry events and won several industry awards. Marshall also helped launch the Concentra Solutions quality assurance division during the late 1990s through early 2000s. He earned his BA in Political Science from Rider University.
VP, Human Resources & Community Relations
Kim Christmas has over 20 years of employee benefits and human resources experience. As PharmaCentra’s Vice President of Human Resources and Community Relations, Kim directs all of the people functions of the company, including strategic planning to provide the best people talent available and to position the company to be the employer of choice in Sumter County and surrounding areas. Kim is active in the community, serving on the boards of Books for Sumter Children, the Sumter County Chamber of Commerce and the Sumter Historic Trust, as well as serving as Chairperson of the Americus Main Street Organization Committee. She graduated from Eckerd College with a Bachelor of Arts (with honors) degree, with a Business Management major and Finance focus and a minor in International Business.
VP, Information Technology
James Mepham has over 20 years of experience serving in senior technology leadership roles for major software and contact center firms. Working with a wide array of clients, his projects ranged from building complete CRM solutions to managing systems development and technical operations. James was also responsible for formulating and implementing successful technology designs for global organizations, resulting in significant savings and corporate growth. Having a diverse knowledge of technology platforms and environments enables James to offer flexibility for developing unique, applicable client solutions while turning complex, challenging situations into flourishing ones. James graduated with a BS in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology and also earned a BA in Computer Information Systems from Georgia State University.
