Marshall Ogen has over 20 years of experience in the contact center and outsourced quality assurance sectors with mid-size and Fortune-500-size organizations. He has held senior roles in both sales and client services, consulting with many of the world’s most recognizable brands to ensure successful customer engagement activities.
As PharmaCentra’s Vice President of Business Development, Marshall works with the management team to help strengthen existing relationships and drive new opportunities for growth. Focusing on best practices for contact center engagement, he has published articles, spoken at industry events and won several industry awards.
Marshall also helped launch the Concentra Solutions quality assurance division during the late 1990s through early 2000s. He earned his BA in Political Science from Rider University.
